We have not received an SOA Merchant VAT Invoice since December. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Out of the blue in March, we started receiving a monthly invoice for FBA Canada Merchant VAT Invoice for a few pennies each month (our last statement was $0.11).

We do not sell on Amazon.CA and have disabled Remote Fulfillment (aka NARF). We only sell into USA, where we are registered as a business. We have no presence whatsoever in Canada or on Amazon.CA.

Why am I getting these invoices given we don't do anything on Amazon.ca or sell into canada? Do we actually need to pay $0.11 per month Canada?

Our "order summary report" suddenly started showing a mysterious charge called "merchant invoice total". We're now seeing this on every summary report. We've not seen this before a couple of weeks ago. We've been trying to find out what this charge is since April 22nd with no response from seller support.

Has anybody else seen this and do you know what it is?
