We are in the UK, please get the date right ! and why Congratulations ! Your payment is on the way
Am I the only person who finds the Congratulations ! message about disbursement to be mildly offensive ? Amazon are sending us money that we have worked hard for not won in a competition, although it feels like a lottery as to how much and when they will actually disburse something and remains difficult to actually establish which orders one has been paid for.
Also why is the date on my last email showing 10/2/2024, it is not the 10th of February.
Having to tag a category to post but non of them are relevant

I think I've said it before - but if this was the biggest issue with amazon, I'd be more than happy with their platform.

It is in the US format ! - month first then date, so actually is correct - 2nd October.
...and I do partly agree about the disbursement email. Mine says 'disbursement attempted' - why only attempted ?! - it's as though they don't expect it to go through ?
