Update Inventory FBA Case
Hi all,
I have this evening received an Amazon case for FBA inventory replenishment levels.
I have looked into this and as far as I can see all my FBA listings are now set to Replenishable: No.
As this is the setting that best suits me.
Is there anyway to get the case removed from my seller central screen or have I misunderstood what Amazon are asking?
As far as I can see there are no sanctions but am unnerved by the case still saying that it needs action.
Thank you

This is a copy of the case, I have removed the web addresses.
"This is an email regarding FBA Offers for your Amazon Seller account. We are contacting you to let you know that you could be missing out on sales opportunities because of low/missing inventory for your ASIN offers in the attached sheet.
We recommend that you inbound additional inventory for your products immediately. To view the recommended replenishment quantity for these ASINs, go to “Restock inventory”:
(Web Address Removed).
Please note you can use the marketplace switcher available on the top of the Seller Central page to select the appropriate marketplace.
Recommendations are based on your sales history, demand forecast including seasonality, and replenishment settings. To ensure Restock tool recommends the right inventory level and when to send it, we encourage you to customize your Restock tool setting by following directions in the attached PDF or this video(Removed)
To indicate that a SKU is not replenishable, do the following:
- On Restock Inventory, select the ASIN(s) that are not replenishable.
- In the Action column to the right of each ASIN, select Hide recommendation. By hiding all SKUs that are associated with an ASIN, you exclude the ASIN from your in-stock rate and estimated lost sales."
It still shows as action required by me.
I have removed the ASIN from my inventory that was on the list Amazon sent me.
I have also marked all my other items are not replenishable.
There is nothing in the case to say there will be any restrictions or sanctions.
I just don’t like seeing anything under the cases widget when I log in to seller central.
Am I over worrying?
Thank you

Hi,
I have just received 2 emails overnight, exactly the same wording as yours- they are now both under the ‘Respond to cases’ widget and there is no way of closing them. The actual ASINs they refer to on mine have either been deleted (like you) or are actually in (plentiful) stock so I wonder if it’s a good old Amazon glitch?
