I’m reaching out because we are currently facing a critical issue with our account that is severely impacting our business. We are a medium-sized business with an annual revenue of approximately €4 million. Our account was flagged for DAC7 compliance, and we were informed that the review process should take no more than three days. However, we are now on the fourth day, and the status remains "Pending verification."
This delay is causing significant financial losses each day our account is inactive. As a business of our size, we have substantial daily operations and commitments, and we cannot sustain this disruption much longer. The extended delay puts us at risk of damaging our business continuity.
Has anyone else experienced similar delays? How did you manage the situation? We urgently need this matter to be escalated, as the current delay far exceeds the initially communicated timeframe. Any advice, guidance, or assistance in getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated!

Hierbei wird dir leider keiner hier helfen können. Die Prüfungen dauern halt solange wie sie dauern und lassen sich nicht wirklich beschleunigen. Vier Tage ist zudem wenig - es kann auch mal 10-20-30 dauern.

Make sure everything is correct in Seller Central, then confirm in DAC7 and we review as quickly as possible.
You should check the identity data (account info > business information > identity information) and the data in "tax settings". In tax settings, please click the "edit" button next to the VAT number. Even if status shows valid, there might be a mismatch.
