Stranded units since end of May, we cannot remove the units or make them available

Hi,

We have 274 units stranded since the end of May, we're not able to remove them as they seem to be stored in one FC which is not possible. We've contacted support a few times but until now, no solution. Anyone that had the same issue and could solve it?
