Losing Account Health Points Without Reason – Need Advice
Hi all,
Hope you’re doing well!
I need advice from someone with expertise in account health points. Over the past three weeks, I’ve lost 28 points without any clear reason.
I’ve called the Account Health team multiple times to ask for help, but they seem to have no idea what’s causing this or why my points are decreasing every week. I’ve also contacted the general account team, but they’re unable to provide any answers either.
Does anyone have advice or suggestions on who to contact or how to get someone to thoroughly check my account?
Thanks in advance!

The number of orders you process over the last 6 months builds into your point score. Think you get 4 points for every 100 orders or something.
So if your order volume goes down - then your point score will also drop.

"To ensure your AHR is evaluated in context of the size of your business, you also gain 4 points for every 200 successful orders you fulfilled over the last 180 days."

Thanks a lot for the feedback! However, this is where I get confused. In the last two months, I sold over 1,600 units in total, and my performance is up by 521% compared to last year, which was 66%. Despite this, there has been no increase in points; it stayed at 348. Over the past three weeks, it has even dropped to 320.

Someone may need to correct the maths, but the baseline score is 200. So you have 120 points over the base. 120/4 points = 30 increases from sales. Each increase is 200 sales, so 200 x 30 =6000 sales over the last 6 months. You'd know whether that's accurate or not.
Additionally, there's really no real point in having anything over 250 score which the minimum to qualify for Account Health Assurance.

Thanks for the explanation. Yes, if it's over 250, that's fine. However, I got worried because I lost 28 points in three weeks. I just wanted to understand if something is affecting my health points. Unfortunately, the account health team has no idea. I don't understand the purpose of advisors if they don't know anything. It's better to ask in forums—at least they seem to know more.
