Gated after being ungated
so i recently listed a product and sent in 3 units without any issue suddenly they have emailed me and said i needed approval and they require 10 units and a pdf format invoice. i opened a case and spoke to SC and tried to make them understand the logic, you should not gate a seller after they have listed and shipped products. his answer was its amazon does these things so i said i do not accept this answer and please escalate this to a supervisor who has reasonable authority…so i await in hope.

I wouldn’t hold out much hope…if Amazon are asking for an invoice showing 10 units to get approval then this is what you require. Can’t you just buy the 10 units to get the required invoice.
It is not unusual for Amazon to request approval for a category/brand even if you have been selling it for a while.
