I am reaching out regarding an extremely critical issue with my account. Recently, Amazon has removed nearly all ASINs associated with my brand, claiming violations related to “Organic” policies. I believe this is a mistake, or potentially a result of malicious competitor actions targeting my ASINs and brand.
I am a distributor of products certified USDA Organic, and I have meticulously ensured compliance with Amazon’s policies. After the initial removal of my ASINs, I promptly submitted an appeal with all necessary documentation, including:
- + USDA Organic certificates from the manufacturer.
- + A detailed list of certified organic products, including their ingredients and names.
- + A private label agreement between the manufacturer and my brand.
- + Product labels certified by CERES GmbH.
Upon reviewing these documents, Amazon reinstated the ASINs. However, just two weeks later, I received another notification stating that my ASINs violated the “Organic” policy again, and they were subsequently removed.
Here is the notification I received:
“This product has been identified to include organic claims. Products that are sold, labeled or represented as "organic" in the United States must be certified to either the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) organic regulations or to an international standard that the USDA has named as equivalent...”
In response, I submitted all relevant USDA Organic documentation once more. Despite this, Amazon has repeatedly asked me to wait for 10 days for a review, only to request the same information again. In some cases, I continue to receive automated messages, even after providing all requested documents.
Key Points to Consider:
- Amazon’s Initial Review and Reinstatement: Amazon reviewed the same documents after the first removal and reinstated my ASINs, confirming compliance. This suggests that the second removal may be an error.
- Significant Financial and Operational Impact: This ongoing issue is costing me thousands of dollars and significantly affecting my business operations, as well as the livelihoods of my employees.
- Repeated Requests Without Progress: The case is stuck in a loop. Despite my compliance and timely responses, I continue to receive repetitive messages, which are not moving the resolution forward.

I strongly urge Amazon to escalate this matter to a specialized team or a senior support agent who can properly review my case and expedite the resolution process.
I trust Amazon’s commitment to supporting sellers and ensuring fair business practices. Your prompt attention to this matter will greatly help us resolve this and restore normalcy to my operations.
Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to hearing back soon.
