Read onlyMy account was suspended after failing verification when updating from sole trader to Limited company- I have waited the 90days to recover funds and requested my disbursement of £6000.00. Amazon has requested I complete a form for virtual identity verification through Qualtrics.
I completed the form and waited the 7 days for my time slot. I was expecting a link but none was sent.
Apparently this happens alot- Please Amazon fix this-
