Still waiting for a payment

I got a letter from the payments team saying my account has been verified after jumping through all the relevant hoops. But still haven't been paid! On my bank account page, it still says account verification in progress?

When I call seller support for some answers they say they need to refer the case.

I just need to know, what's the hold up, do I need to jump through some more hoops, what's going on?

I cant just sell stuff indefinitely and never receive any payment or any reason why I haven't been paid
