Failed Amazon Payments

I initiated two withdrawals on 1/23 and 1/27. Although the payment interface showed that it was completed, my bank account has not received the money. I contacted the bank according to the tracking number provided by Amazon, but the bank still reported that it had not received the money and could not track the location of the money. The money paid using the following tracking IDs has never been deposited into the bank account ending with 286, DAS467CCAJDVBPO, DASYUDNPUGCAT23. If this is a problem with the bank, I need the refund to be returned to my Amazon account. I don’t want to wait aimlessly. If I can’t receive the money, our company will be on the verge of bankruptcy.

Had you already opened a case with SS ? - I believe that the MD (or his team) will now only respond if you have opened a case, and can quote the case number.
