Refund charge back fees
Can amazon refund me the fees i had to pay for the amazon fees and shipping for refunds
despite its new sellable and the buyer returned for reason like it was a mistake he purchased it or , no longer needed
very frustrating as i lose money for something stupid!
can i make a case as i have the order id with the message?
or amazon lost it and flagged as lost as it did not arrive? can i be compensated for thing not under my control

if a buyer has requested a return for a change of mind, you can deduct the label cost from the refund - £3.30 for Hermes labels

You maybe need to read Amazon’s return and refund policy - it will all be explained there.

Are you talking about an FBA, or an FBM order?
If it’s FBA, then you can’t do anything about it.
If it’s FBM, then you can deduct the return postage cost from the refund. That is literally all that you can do.

Also depends on Category of product - Clothing you cannot deduct return label cost no matter the reason.

When you process the refund, Amazon fees are refunded back to you into your account
So if you sold something at £12 and Amazon fee was £2, then Amazon would initially credit your account with £10
If you have to refund the customer £12, Amazon will only take £10 from your account but send £12 to the customer.
