Add a product interface - New Version

I am currently working through inventory and updating all the little red flags where i can (Country of Origin, number of boxes required…etc) But there appears to be an anomaly with the newest version.

Under The “Product Details” TAB - Where there appears to be red flags against most of my listings, if you scroll down to see the pre highlighted errors, there are the same 2 errors showing on nearly every product……“Power Plug” and “Accepted Voltage Frequency”

I should explain at this point that the product is a plastic bucket, and is in its correct category and browse node, so there should be no need to see any of these item specifics.

From the power plug drop down you can select “No Plug” and that box disappears nicely as expected, BUT from the accepted voltage dropdown, you must select a voltage. So here i am at a loss, you cannot make any other changes to the listing at all…as its a case of clear down all the item error OR NONE.

Is anyone else seeing the same or similar?

I mentioned on another thread that I am now seeing ‘colour’ and ‘List Price with Tax for Display’ as required fields in DVDs (used DVDs at that!).

The site is falling is falling apart.

We’ve had stupid problems like this before. All of our listings have to have a “Power plug type” and “mattress type” despite them being nothing to do with electronics or beds.

The add a product screens are becoming a total mess and full of glitches. Some days we literally can’t use them at all, fortunately they seem to work at random so we can come back another day but it costs time and money.

Have you had any luck with this? We see the same issue and even when I select “No Plug” and then try and select something from the dropdown on the voltage section. I cannot save the listing even though the red exclamation mark disappears it still says there is an error.
