VAT on seller fees
Hi I'm not VAT registered, turnover isn't that high to meet requirement to be VAT registered.
For some reason, Amazon are VAT on fees. Noticed it today as the revenue calculator shows a much lower fee than what Amazon are actually charging. I.e. If revenue calculator shows I should be charged £10 in fees, Amazon are charging me approx 20% more so £12.
I've raised a case but response seems to indicate I still have to pay VAT on the fees.
Does this sound correct?

Yes, it is correct - We ALL pay VAT on Seller fees - since about August last year I think, or thereabouts.

The help pages on Revenue Calculator does state that the estimates do not include VAT. So whatever the estimate is just add 20% which is the price you will pay as a non VAT registered business.
We all pay VAT- whether registered or non registered. The only difference is when registered you have to charge VAT on your sales but can claim any VAT paid out and send HMRC the difference between the 2.

There is no VAT on books but there is 20% VAT on the service provided by Amazon between the buyer and the seller
