Missing Items (discrepancies in an FBA shipment)
The last shipment I made to Germany FBA warehouse closed with discrepancies. For some reason all the shipped items are missing.

I was told that I will get reply from support in at most 48 hours. It's been 3 days but no replies yet.

Although I contacted customer support couple of times, they keep on saying it's under investigation. I am quite surprised that how a content of large box can get vanished. It's very frustrating waiting blindly and desperately for someone to pick up the case and take action
