We had opened the North America account in Error from Global Selling page with misunderstood information on 22 April. We are UNITED KINGDOM established business.
On the same day on 22 April, account was deactivated due to the documentation. So we sent request through appeal to close the account that was opened in Error. The close account option in the Account Management take me on open case page.
We received the email with further documentation requirement for the North America account as we don't have any establishment and inventory in that market.
We need advice on how to close this North America account.

In order to be able to close the North American account, it will need to be reactivated first.
Have you tried to contact the Account Health Support Team via the 'Call me Now' button?
