Hi, we are facing issue of changing primary email in User permissions.
we wanted to change our primary email address in seller central, but Old email address still exists in system.
Login details and notifications email were updated to new email but User Permission still having our old email. Due to that reason, we can not complete account verification because verification team expecting us to complete verification using (Old) primary email which we no longer have access to. we have opened many cases with Selling support team, all our cases were transferred to internal team but no response from internal team either. When we tried to follow up on same cases, it's saying after 5 days of answered cases it can not be reopened.
any cases we opened , their response by default going to previous (Old) email.
contacted Account health team multiple times, but no help from them.
contacted Seller support team multiple times, but no help from them.
We are facing this issue from January 2022, that's when we changed our email address.
any help would be much appreciated.
