expedited vs standard shipping

some FBA orders show as expedited shipping and some show as standard shipping

price we have paid for shipping is the same when I look at the order so whats the difference?

Expedited = Prime customer & free delivery

Standard = non-prime customer & paid shipping unless over a certain value

Amazon = win/win

Seller - no difference
