Where's the Shipping Template now

Hi. With the changes, I am unable to find the Shipping Template page in order to make shipping changes for cost, time, etc. Where is it at now?

I have always gone to my templates directly from the Manage Inventory page. Just click on the template name in the Price + Shipping column.
