I sell via FBA - customer wants to return an item to Amazon, but the returns label not working at the Post office. Buyer messaged me - This is the message they sent me. What can I recommend to them ?
‘’’‘The QR code you sent me to return these items is not being recognised by the scanner in the Post Office? Please can you send me another one that works.’’’’
