Account at risk of deactivation for 1 bad review?

I’ve been selling on amazon for about a month now, I have had over 100 orders. I have only received 1 seller review which was 1 star. It was for a listing that had an error in it that I didn’t realise, pictured and described was 1 x box of item, but in specifics it says 4 x box of item. So received 1 star review. (this listing has a lot of bad reviews saying people expected 4 too so a lot of sellers have been caught out) I have since deleted the listing as I don’t want to deal with it again. This happened 21/02/22 however this morning I woke up to a “your account is at risk for deactivation” alert. I have looked into it and that review has put me at a 4% rating for negative reviews as it is only looking at 20 orders… not the 100+ orders I have had. Will they actually deactivate my account over 1 review, when 99% of my orders have gone smoothly, although no one else has given me a review. Very frustrated as I thought this was going well. Also have £200 in my available funds, they sent me only £10 on Friday and £16 yesterday, neither of which have landed in my bank account yet. This FBA selling is a lot harder than people make out to be. Advice please? Will they shut my account down over this, if so should I request my stock back now before this happens? thank you

Do you mean feedback rather than a review ?
Feedback would affect your account - a review wouldn’t

Did you read seller university or YouTube?

No, because otherwise they would already have done so. But if you get any more defects (negative feedback, A-Z etc) then your account may get deactivated.

Always better to go on your own experiences than what “people make out to be”. :grinning:
