£100 sponsored product ad promotion

by Seller_lppUbV3a3a0UT

I received a promotional email back in November about free £100 credit to use for sponsored products, I had previously tried sponsor ads and didn’t think it was working for me, but I thought I’d give it another try because of this offer, so I followed the guidelines and created a new campaign. A few days later I realised that I had been charged around £16 for the ads which only resulted in one sale for a product that costs around £12! I immediately paused the ad and created a case asking for a refund because the £100 promotion should have covered the cost, however I’m not getting a proper response from Amazon.

Does anyone here have any advice as to how I can get my money back from Amazon? The promo email from Amazon clearly says that I’d receive £100 to spend on sponsor products ads so they shouldn’t have charged me, is there a place that I can make a complaint to?
