Revieuws not synching to international listings - urgently need help
Hi
i created listings in Europe and my reviews from the UK doesn’t get synchronised does anyone know what i can do?
I emailed Amazon and the wrote the following:
I understand that your concern is regarding reviews not showing up in Spain marketplace.
We would like to inform you that Amazon shares reviews written by verified purchasers of the same product in other countries. These reviews are shown in the section “Top reviews from other countries” below the local reviews section on the detail page. The review mentions the country where the review was originally written. Reviews may not be shared if they do not meet the internal Amazon policy guidelines.
Thanks

I tried and didnt work
i think it might be a problem that its not properly synchronizing with the EU but not sure how to fix it

I am facing a similar issue, in my case we deleted a parant ASIN in UK and attached the variants to a new parent (because the reviews did not merge between all variants under the old parent) -> afterwards the synchronization of one variant with more than a 1000 reviews in Europe stopped and we lost the international reviews in each country. Strange fact: the other variants of the same parent listing still synchs in Europe. It seems to be a technical issue but so far we were not able to find out how to force it to re-synch.
Do you sell the products in each country in the same category? Are there categories which require an approval by Amazon?
Our guess is the problem is related to the product category, which is in our case different in UK then in all other countries - I am currently trying to get it changed and then hope that the synch works again for this ASIN…

Hi,
I am facing the same issue
I decided to sell one of my products (selling quite well in the UK) in the US.
However reviews didnt transfer to the US listing, even with the same brand and same ASIN (whereas there are 67 ratings in the UK and all from verified purchases).
I opened many cases with amazon but all copy paste
like this one.
Does anyone sorted this out? If yes, how?
In the meantime I already received 5 ratings in the US for the new product but it is not syncing with the existing reviews from the UK marketplace.

Similar issue here. Strangely, my US reviews on some of the ASIN’s have moved to the UK, however to the EU markets. ASINs are the same everywhere. Don’t think this may be a category issue, as I have tried matching the categories and still no luck!
Amazon needs to fix their bugs ASAP.

I am having the same issue as well but mine works on some of my ASINs and then not others. Some GEOs do no sync at all, like Canada. It should be syncing across each site so it must be a technical issue on Amazon’s side. Anyone from Amazon help here?

Same issue. Reviews for all my ASIN’s have dropped to zero. Absolute nightmare.
Seller Support always replies back with the answer that the review are not according to amazon guidelines which makes no sense.
Anyone managed to sort this out please do post.
Thank You

I have the same issue as well.
for one of my long standing ASINs, all shared reviews suddenly became unsynced meaning reviews are no longer totaled for each marketplace, but now seperate.
Was given no explanation why. And get the same cut and paste response from useless seller support on this.
Would anyone from Amazon care to explain this??
If anyone finds a fix, let us know!

Spoke to seller support.
Apparently its a new policy that is coming in, in which reviews will no longer be shared for ASINs in different marketplaces. Its currently being rolled out. Not sure if this is true, but if it is, its a daft idea
