Uploading video in Spanish

First time uploading video and was just recently denied by Amazon.
The products I sell are written in Spanish as well as the content on the listing, Spanish title, spanish description.
The video is narrated in Spanish and was told that because it’s not in English it cannot be approved because it would confuse buyers.
But our buyers are spanish speakers, any suggestions?

Items listed on the .com site must be listed in English. That includes the Amazon listing, product packaging, etc;

Hello!

Tatiana from Amazon here. Have you had success uploading your video to the detail page yet? If not, I would suggest entering a Seller Support case first. If you already have a case open, go ahead and share it here with me.

I'd like to take a closer look to see exactly why they are denying the video.

Thanks,

Tatiana

Hi @Distribuidora_Celest,

I wanted to check in on both of the escalations and see if you have any questions on either.

  1. Case 11792120791: You should have received communication from our escalations team on case 11858175091. They are going to continue trying to find clarity around the rejection of your video in Spanish. Like I stated previously, we cannot guarantee we will find a different resolution as the primary language for Amazon.com is English, but our escalation team would like to continue investigating for you.
  2. Case 11828803211: You should have received communication from the escalations team on Case 11852330731. Have you been able to start the abuse submission process yet? Once that is started, the team can continue following it to help seek resolution.

Thanks,

Tatiana
