Amazon UK disbursement issue
1 month back I tried changing bank account and verification got failed then I update different account and it got verified I recived email confirming the same and on amazon as well all showing verified but its been more than 15 days and no disbursement happening. 2 disbursement attempts gone but amazon did not try to disburse our funds. Dont know what is going wrong, amazom support says they have forwarded the case to another department but no response from them plz help me I am in need of money

Hi,
Here is the case ID wherien they informed issue escalated but this is the last case ID I created and before that as well multiple case ids were created and showing transferred but nothing happens my funds are not released for more than 1.5 months I have been getting sales and my all is all verified every thign fine.

I am seeing a disbursement was sent to your bank on 9/18 and it looks like the 2 previous disbursements were not sent because of the account level reserve. You can find this breakdown in your payments dashboard and for more on the account level reserve, you can fine more on the What is account level reserve? help page.
