Re-print 'Buy Shipping' labels. FBM
Hi. I wonder if anyone has solved the problem of re-printing the ‘Buy Shipping’ labels if something goes wrong? My old printer from back in the day, would sometimes make a dogs dinner of Hermes labels, especially the bar codes. Generally the shop-keepers who had to manually add the code were forgiving, although I did get a stiff lecture once! I’ve literally just installed a new printer today and while I don’t anticipate any problems, I’d really like to know if there a simple way to reprint the shipping label if anything goes wrong, for both services I use, which are Royal Mail and Evri. I am on an individual plan. I guess I could print to PDF each time, but is there a simpler way?

Mine have a reprint label button per image above. However I’m on the pro plan and I’ve no idea if being on the individual one makes a difference to this. If you save your 1st one to pdf you’ll be sorted should the print not work and you go back into the order page only to find you don’t have the same option. Fingers crossed though!

I am no longer on the Pro plan and I can reprint labels - in fact did one just yesterday !
Go to the order details page (it will be in ‘shipped’ if you have already printed a label) and there is a button as in above post.
