How can I see if any FBA returns were not actually returned?
Maybe I'm overlooking something obvious, but I cannot seem to find any status or disposition for returns that were never completed.
Viewing the FBA return list, I have about 1600 returns over the past year and all of them listed show that the product was returned. However, I find that to be a nearly impossible that every single person who requested a return actually completed it.
I'm looking for some accounting of returns being approved (and likely refunded) but the product never being returned.
Edited to add: I also ran a Transaction View for Refund, and have 1732 refunds paid out. So, it would appear that 132 sales were never returned, which would seem like a reasonable amount of uncompleted returns.
And while the numbers here seem high, we do sell a LOT of product, so it isn't as much as a percentage of sales.

Hello! @Seller_ctlHhuYQK8UHO
This is Roberto. I know it's been a while since you posted, but I wanted to contribute to your question.
You should be able to track whether or not an item was returned using the reimbursements reports and identifying the column Reason as customer return. We will at our discretion reimburse customers without requiring the item to be returned, this will not show in the FBA customer returns.
You should compare the reimbursements reports with Reason as Customer return against the FBA customer return reports. If there is any discrepancy, this should be reported to our Seller Support team.
Hope this helps.
