Sales of items

Hi everyone, I am new to the Amazon platform and eventually want to register my brand. I have three products, all the same but in different colours, but only one is selling; the other two are not. Should I change the pricing to free up storage and fees? Thank you

As they are the same products, do you have them as variations, ie on the same listing? If so, then it would appear that the other 2 colours are not good so you may wish to drop the price of those a little to encourage some sales.

If they are not listed as variations, you should correct that and put them all together. The way the Amazon algorithm works is that once you get some sales, you are more likely to be found so it may be that they are not being found hence no sales. But if they are on the same listing, all colours will get a similar chance at selling.

Good luck in your venture.

Hi @Seller_qFRk0K7C8GLeq,

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums.

To echo what's already been suggested, since your three products are the same item in different colours, setting them up as a variation family (a parent listing with each colour as a child ASIN) is the best place to start. This allows buyers to compare and choose colours from a single product detail page, and helps all three variants get visibility together.

Before adjusting pricing, make sure your slower-colour listings are fully optimised (title, bullet points, images, and keywords) and visible in search. Low traffic is often a listing quality issue, not a pricing issue. If you do decide to adjust pricing to help clear stock, Amazon's Automate Pricing tool can help you stay competitive without manually monitoring prices. It is also worth checking your Manage Inventory page if any of those slower-moving units have been sitting for a while.

I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

All the best,

Jameson
