ACCOUNT SUPPORT UNHELPFUL : My account will be suspended because of my products being falsely flagged for trademark
I'm flagged for 26 ASINS, for repeat violation, I provided proof for 25/26 that my asins doesn't fall under violations. In order to have an suspension for repeat violations, you must have 5 repeat violations with the previous 180.
Example for 6 of 26 ASINS:
ASINS : B0DSK9B4WF, B0DSK9G21Y, B0DSK77HXT, B0DSK8DCFJ, B0DSK8JVBB, B0DSK978Y1, B0DSK7Q5FT
Term FLAGGED : NC STATE

I will provide below the screenshot from USPTO that the category of products is 041 and 042.

My listings (hats) are under category 025, that being said it doesn't infringe trademark.
I've deleted the products to save my account, because many times when I appeal I get a bot reply, sometimes, I have to send the same 3 times with the same proof for it to be finally accepted.
This time I deleted the product to avoid my Account's health to be affected.
But now that I want to dispute it since I was told that my account will be suspended I'm told that I cannot dispute deleted product, yet on Amazon's end the detail page information is still stored and they can verify.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE'S A DEADLINE, AND BECAUSE OF THAT I HAVE TO DELETE IT TO NOT FACE THE SAME BOT REPLY BEFORE THE DEADLINE ENDS, BUT IN THE END I'M TOLD THAT DELETING THE PRODUCT DOESN'T GIVE ME THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE.
I kindly ask an Amazon specialist to reply, I can provide more proof to fulfill enouguh information 25/26 of the asins that the products were falsely flagged.
I put a huge amount of work on my account, I don't think that I deserve this kind of unflexible support.
From one side I'm told that not resolving these violations will result in my account's termination, from another side I'm told that I cannot dispute a deleted product. Which will simply result in a death sentence.

In my experience, if you are flagged for trademark Amazon wants permissions from that holder regardless of class or category. At least that is what support told me when I was in a dispute similar to yours.
I'd take "NC State" out of the description or change to it U.S. State.
