Read onlyBased on my understanding over the past couple of years, Account Health Assurance is meant to protect against account suspensions without prior communication. However, my experience has been different. My account was suspended for a "Multiple Account Violation," and since then, I have been appealing unsuccessfully.
My question is: what is the purpose of Account Health Assurance if Amazon can suspend an account without any communication?
The claim that I violated the multiple account policy is completely untrue. About a year ago, we fulfilled orders for another account, but due to a lack of knowledge, we used the primary account credentials. Now, a year later, Amazon is alleging that I have multiple accounts. I have provided proof of the contract for fulfilling orders and the termination contract, but this evidence has not been accepted by Amazon.
Having a 3PL service does not imply that I have multiple accounts; in fact, Amazon also offers 3PL services.

Hello @Seller_rcH2C5SFV51iD,
What I can provide for you is information concerning Account Health Assurance in the help pages: Account Health Assurance: Frequently asked questions
Generally, if a Seller receives a critical violation on their Account Health Page, Amazon reaches out to the Seller. The Seller then has 72 hours to resolve the violation. I do not have details if this applies to a Multiple Account Violation that does not appear on the Account Health Page.
Here is some information to review for: Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
Thank you for reaching out on the forums. The forums community and I are here to support you.
