Customs need contact info for shipping from us to uk

Hey guys,

I am using ups to ship my amazon product from us to amazon uk, and they are needing a contact number for amazon uk to clear for customs, can anyone help with this as I cannot find any contact number. This is my first time shipping to amazon uk so I am a rookie with all of this process.

Have they told you which fulfilment centre your shipment is going to ?

You’ll need someone who has done it to confirm, but i can’t see it being something Amazon do. I know there have been posts from people exporting from the UK to the EU and Amazon have said they won’t act in that capacity.
