Organic listing missing
my product organic listing is not visible. From last seven days.it was ranked on page 1st and position 9th.but know only sponsored listing is visible, thats why i am getting only sponsored orders not organic.
furthermore, listing is active, account health is excellent, no negative reviews. i made changes in listing search terms and title but problem is same.
i open case with amazon on seller Centre. They are saying everything is excellent. Your product is visible. What to do know as i am facing this issue.
anyone who can help me in this regard.

Have you checked to see if the product still has its Browse node intact?
If you post the ASIN then people may be able to give you better advice.

They maybe suppressing it due to no vat number on your account as you are a NETP using fba
Although presumably that should be an account suspension so maybe another reason

When I search the listing title in All Departments, it’s the first listing I see and isn’t stating that it’s a sponsored search result, so I think it’s there. Do you have an address set when you’re trying to find the listing organically? If so, is the address a place that the listing is set up to ship to?

I’m having the same issue. Page 1, organic position 5 and overnight my organic position disappeared.
SS are no use, they just keep telling my the ASIN is active but what use is it if if can’t be found using it’s main keywords?!
