Suppressed item because of a title that is too long and not being able to change the title
Hi, I have two listings that are suppressed, the title is too long.
Same asin but one is FBA and one is MF.
- I’ve tried to edit the title
- I’ve tried to change it through suppressed items, change title and save.
It is all not accepted.
I’ve been informed by the helpdesk to change it into a title that starts with my brandname and then add a shorter title. And then they can change that later on to a permanent title.
But that change is not accepted either….
I am the only selling this listing.

Hello!
I am a beginner seller and you can not listen to my advice. I’ll tell you about my experience.
When I tried to create a listing with variations, I could not do it in any way, because the system gave errors.
Then I looked on the forum that someone suggested mastering the bulk upload pattern. And indeed I did everything through this tool.
My advice, if you can’t fix it manually, try fixing it through the bulk upload template. Everything is pretty easy with God’s help.

I had it finally resolved after 3 weeks through helpdesk again, insisting that my problem was escalated to a department that could solve it for me.
