Account Deactivated for Paymnet Account Failing
I have been selling on Amazon for years now under the same account and have never had any problems. I recieved an email telling me they needed me to provide some documents because my payment account needed verifying. I contacted HMRC to get the correct documentation and uploaded it and now my account has been deactivated? I have appealed it and now it's still saying no and that I can no longer sell on Amazon and that I can't access my funds? This is my job. I don't understand what is going on? I have given exactly what was asked for. I have been trying to contact someone to help me but I just keep getting an automated message.
