Sent two boxes to FBA, following all the procedure Amazon provided on the 13/06/2024 and from the tracking it was delivered on 14/06/204 via UPS but suddenly Amazon tells us that all of the shipment is missing. There was 72 units in the shipment, gone.
Then we raised a case to Amazon on the 17/07/2024 to see why all of the shipment had suddenly gone missing but we did not get a reply until the 13/08/2024 asking to provide invoices for the shipment sent and we provided the invoices to Amazon.
Then Amazon replied with 'documentation provided doesn’t meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance' and said the case has been resolved and closed the case.
Has anyone had similar issue to this and can provide any help to resolve this?

Did the invoices provide match exactly to the items missing? including name and quantity?
Also whee the items bought from a wholesaler?
