My item not available for Prime next day anymore?
HI
Noticed my sales had dried up this week, so thought I should try investigate why.
My FBA item has always been available as a Prime delivery item when I view it as a consumer but now when I view it I see this on the first page
“FREE Delivery for Prime members” rather than Free delivery tomorrow (or day after) and when I click my item it says
"Delivery at no extra cost for Prime members
FREE Delivery Nov 6 - 12 for Prime members"
The Prime logo is also missing off my listing.
Is there anything I can do, I sent my items in and they all showing in my inventory but for some reason they are not available for the usual fast Prime service.

No, haven’t enrolled in small and light, its a big oversize item.
One thing I’ve just thought though may not be relevant, a week ago I received the FBA inbound shipment receiving email from Amazon but I haven’t had the next and final email saying the items are all in the correct FBA centres and the shipment is complete
Maybe that is the issue, the items are stuck in 1 centre and need distributing before they can get them out on Prime

Just spoke to seller support, they are not sure what is going wrong but something is.
We’ve established that even though the inventory is showing, the listing is live and active, if you try add my item to the basked it says “Amazon encountered a problem, item cannot be added to basket”
It’s been escalated so I just have to wait…
