Customer placed an order and replaced the contents of the product with another counterfeit brand, contents missing. FBA failed to identify and verify the authenticity of the returned product and its contents during the collection process.

This is a very common experience and Amazon doesnt help stop or prevent this at all. They can we can ask for reimbursement for lost products but if that's even approved its like peanuts.
Return pickup process should have a proper check and match of the goods collected against the image of goods online. Many other companies do that.
