Account at risk of deactivation due to amazon FBA order.
I have had an issue on our French account for some time which it's at risk of deactivation due to an amazon.
Everything in seller Fulfilled is NA since we only ship FBA internationally, however the Fulfilled by Amazon is showing as 4.76% due to a feedback.
I have reported this feedback and it's retained and I have opened 3 cases, all passing me back to feedback manager which rejects my request.
Amazon are prepared to deactivate my account for their own shipping issue???
Anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you manage to resolve it?
Policy Compliance is Healthy with no issues whatsoever.
