We need an Amazon assistant to unblock the following case.

20 days ago, we listed 3 new KORRES showergels. Suddenly we received a notification that our account is in risk, because these ASIN were MoP (medicine on prescription).

We opened three different cases for each one and finaly the 2 of them was reactivated after 5 appeals!

For the last one, we appealed this unreasonable decision for 7th time and Seller Support still insists "The sale of Prescription Only (POM) medicines is prohibited on Amazon.co.uk.", with let us know under which evidence they insist on this conclusion.

Till today, we forwarded all the required details, attached and upload at product's page the ingredients, which prove that ASIN: B0D1PDZJDT is the "KORRES Pure Cotton Renewing Body Cleanser 1lt".

We informed SS, that this ASIN is already offered for sale in 7 Amazon European Marketplaces, legally, as a showergel, because it is not Prescription Only Medicine (POM), but JUST A COMMON KORRES SHOWER GELL.

The ingredients for the "KORRES Pure Cotton Renewing Body Cleanser 1lt". with ASIN: B0D1PDZJDT, are in accordance with all UK and EU regualtions and are as follows:

Aqua/water/eau, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Coco-glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Parfum/fragrance, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Althaea Officinalis Root Extract, Arginine, Castoryl Maleate, Citric Acid, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten, Lactic Acid, Polyquaternium-7, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Gluconate, Tocopherol, Benzyl Alcohol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool.

But nothing!

The reason given by Amazon for listing removal makes no sense whatsoever. It is a brand new listing of cosmetic product, which is a skincare product that has undergone all the required product testing, safety and registration with UK government body etc. I have provided the supporting documentation which is a Cosmetic Product Information File (PIF), that is a legal document for manufacture of cosmetic products, and it is a clear evidence that the product is not a pharmaceutical or prescription medication, but Amazon keeps blocking the listing under the same reason.

What I think has triggered this, possibly the cosmetic product claims and words used such as acne treatment, brightening, inflammation. The listing has now been edited to remove any type o claims that might remotely suggest that it is a 'treatment', after submitting a second appeal I got sent same reason again from compliance with no detailed explanation on what I am missing or what exactly is wrong with it. So incredibly frustrating, why can't they pinpoint the exact problem and save all the stress and time instead of going back and forth.

Has anyone been in this situation, what could I be missing? The product is 100% not a medicine or pharmaceutical preparation, it is a serum to help fade blemishes and appearance of acne.

The most recent Case ID is 10675220952. We have provided the requested compliance documents as well as a copy of the relevant legislation which lists the ingredient as one which may be used in the manufacture of food supplements, but yet again we have received the same response: "Unlicensed medicines, prescription only medicines, pharmacy only medicines and GSL (General Sales List) medicines containing aloxiprin, aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen are prohibited on Amazon.co.uk".

To us it appears nobody is actually reading the evidence we keep submitting. This product is not a medicine - it is a food supplement.

Please can this be resolved soon? We have lost so many sales and customers due to this.
