unser Konto ist eingeschränkt seit Monaten und wir kommen nicht weiter. Jetzt bekam ich eine Email das ich einen Screenshot der Kontointegrität in voller Größe sowie Datum und Zeitstempel bereitstellen soll. Aber wo? kann mir jemand helfen?
Translation:
"Our account has been restricted for months and we can't get any further. Now I got an email that I should provide a full-size screenshot of the account health as well as the date and time stamp. But where? can someone help me?"

Go to Account Health and take a screen shot. The date and time will show in the file properties.
