How to withdraw money manually from a deleted account
Can someone please help me I am going through a hell lot of depression! because of incompetent seller support.
My issue is as follow:
- I have deleted my buyer account associated with same email as seller account.
- consequently lost access to my seller account
- substantial amount of funds thousands of ££££ got stuck in the account.
I need to get my funds but it has been 6 months I am playing ping pong with the incompetent Amazon employees to get my funds.
The seller support say my problem resides with amazon customer services. The customer services says they cannot do anything once account is deleted.
I have written to disbursement team as well as payment investigation team but they all come back to me with a pre-written auto reply.
Is there any way I can claim my money back from these idiots without having to make a legal representation against them?

Well, the fact that you are able to post on here, means that deleting your buyer account, has nothing to do with this.
You need to post the notifications that you have received in regard to whatever suspension you received.
Along with any other communication from Amazon.
Explain exactly what has happened.

Following to your question please note my answer below
1 - by deleting my buyer account I lost access to my main seller account, but I am posting here through a child account which i have access to.
2 - However I cannot update my bank details in order to get reimbursed due to limited permission.
3- My account is not suspended I lost access to my account. When I enter my credential I receive a message that " Amazon could not find any account associated with this email"
4 - The seller central says the account is active and the issue preventing me from logging into my Seller Central account resides with your Amazon consumer account.
Please contact Customer Service to resolve the issue and regain access to your Seller Central account.
but when I contacted ACS they have said the account is deleted and they cannot retrieve the deleted account data.
I hope now it is clear as what exactly happened?

It has been discussed on some other thread a few weeks ago that when closing your ‘buyer account’ you also close any other Amazon account linked to those credentials including Seller Central or atleast the ability to log in to the account. I assume you did not read the warning before closing the account. (see picture below)
I believe your only option is to contact the MD or try disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk to release the funds, however they will probably only be able to do so to the bank account registered and verified with the account.
