Buyer address incomplete
Hey
I had an order with an incomplete address (only road name, city and postcode) no house or building number.
So I sent the buyer 3 messages asking for the full address.
No response.
So unfortunately I decide I had better cancel and refund the order, so I selected the incomplete address cancellation option.
And now I am punished with a raised seller cancellation rate!!?!
Is this normal? not my fault the buyer can’t enter their own address correctly.

Hi in instances like this we would usually message at first then phone the customer - your not breaching any policy by contacting in regards to delivery.
But unfortunately when you cancel depending on circumstances it can affect you if it has altered your metrics and it has caused an issue it may be worth opening a case with support.
