I am unable to login into my admin seller account

My account name is Best Family Gifts, It is showing as Decoronic_LLC here but I have multiple stores.

Hi all, I am unable to log into my Amazon Seller Central Admin account. I have created multiple cases with the support team but I'm getting the same templates which are of no use to me. I have both the email and the password but my phone number is no longer active, so I'm not able to do the two-step verification which is required. When I click on "try another way" it still redirects to the same page. All the cases that I have created have been closed without any real solution 14829412111,14841542971,14841183881,14831506751. I am very frustrated with this as it is hurting my business. Please suggest to me what I can do to regain my admin account or help me contact the right person who can tell me what to do.

I have all the necessary Government documents present with me which can confirm my Identity.

Tell me one thing: go in your Settings, click User Permissions and you will find your name and your address. Do you see on the line with your email address at the right side the button “Delete”?
