Compliance documents declined within moments
I’ve just submitted 14 product compliance requests this morning (they are all due by the 6th Sept). And within minutes of them being sent they’ve all been declined. I only have until tomorrow otherwise all 14 listings are going to be removed.
Ive previously submitted them and they’ve been declined with no reason given within a week. Most of them within 1 minute of the cut off date they gave.
I’ve sent in numerous cases/tickets about it and I’m yet to receive a reply as to why they are getting declined.
I feel like im going round in circles and cant seem to get any answers. Its hard to know what I need to change if im unable to get a reason for them being declined.
Sorry to vent but this has been going on for weeks. And this morning with everything being declined within minutes, but i still have to submit everything by the 6th I dont know where to turn.

I would say there might be something in MonkeyBoys response - its possible amazon is somehow able to recognise that you have uploaded the same document again, which as it was declined before, it will just decline again.
Can I ask what kind of compliance they are after?
We’ve only had experience with REACH and Declaration of Conformity documents.
When we got emails back regarding Declaration of Conformity - they were clear in what was wrong - advising us on the packaging information the data that was missing.
However, we have had instances with REACH where its simply advising us the document that is required - nothing more specifiic - I assume because it should be on us to know what that documentation is.
