Hello!

I have a problem, my friend in romania, produces for me handmade products. I want to sell them on the amazon, he does not own any company or other papers.
My question is the following: can he send the products through a simple shipment to the amazon warehouse? and then sell them through my account?

Allowing someone to use your account is dangerous as it will impact your account if something goes wrong. It is also bound to be against Amazon policy so your account will be affected.

The safest way is for you to buy their products and sell them yourself via your account. You might need to agree good payment terms.
