Hundreds of Retroactive "Carrier Delivery Label Adjustment" Charges Flooding In — Anyone Else? URGENT

So this has started again. What the heck is Amazon Playing at? Why are we getting charged double for Delivery Labels ? Seems like they are letting Evri take what ever they want direct from our account.

We weigh and measure every single parcel and this to our postage label purchased through Amazon using Evri and pay for whatever the price is YET now we are seeing huge amount of "Carrier Delivery Label Adjustments charges on a daily basis and putting our account into negative.

Are there any mods here can have a look at this please. This is very very frustrating to see as the margins we are working on here are very very low and now this?

Honestly speaking having enough of this place now and want to close everything.

Me to, 30+ over charges, total nightmare to sort. Amazon need to get a grip, no point in selling on here when our profits are virtually written off overnight for the month.

Anyone can help with who should we contact at Amazon to report this further? The seller central support do not want to know and keep saying contact Evri direct to dispute these adjustments?

This place has become a complete joke to sell. We are forced to buy all shipping labels through amazon and using Evri and we add every single items dimensions and weight correctly for every single order.

Amazon is giving free hand to Evri and just keep accepting these adjustments and put us all out of pocket.

We are not the only ones who are facing this issue so what is Amazon going to do to stop this free cash give away to Evri?

This issue has been going on for well over two years now. It happened to us back in October 2023, costing us around £12,000 in charges. This problem has been raised repeatedly in various threads, and I genuinely cannot believe Amazon still hasn’t sorted it out. It’s absolutely disgusting.

@Joey_Amazon I am posting here because the previous thread where you requested Case IDs regarding these Buy Shipping / EVRI carrier adjustments was locked shortly afterwards:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/seller-forums/discussions/t/72c4beda-26f6-4e78-80ca-c71adadc2b91?postId=72c4beda-26f6-4e78-80ca-c71adadc2b91

Since this thread concerns the exact same issue, my Case ID is:

12471255422

I contacted Seller Support regarding repeated carrier adjustments marked as “Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label”.

Most of the adjustments are related to EVRI, however I have also experienced similar adjustments with DPD labels purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping.

The issue is that:

labels were purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping

the carrier accounts are integrated through Amazon

customer-entered dimensions and weight matched the carrier-audited measurements exactly

yet substantial extra charges were still applied afterwards

Example:

Original Buy Shipping quote: £4.28

Final carrier charge: £11.99

Adjustment applied: £6.42

Despite explaining multiple times that the audited dimensions and weight matched exactly, support repeatedly responded with the same generic copy-paste message telling me to contact the carrier directly.

During the live chat, one support agent explicitly acknowledged that this “may be related to a Buy Shipping system issue or technical issue” and escalated the case internally. However, after escalation, another "specialist" again repeated the same generic carrier-policy response without addressing the discrepancy itself.

Only after further insistence was the case reopened again, and I have now been told that the internal team is reviewing the issue further.

This is clearly not an isolated case. Multiple sellers have publicly reported the same problem over a long period of time, involving hundreds of unexplained EVRI adjustments despite accurate shipment data.

At this point, sellers are losing confidence in the reliability and transparency of Amazon Buy Shipping pricing, especially when support repeatedly avoids addressing the core discrepancy and redirects responsibility elsewhere.

If these issues continue without proper investigation or resolution, affected sellers may eventually need to escalate this collectively through formal consumer protection, financial dispute, regulatory, or legal channels.

Please review Case ID 12471255422 and ensure this is properly investigated by the relevant Buy Shipping, billing, or technical team rather than closed with generic carrier-policy responses.
