Fake refund

Amazon needs to be fair to the seller as they are with the buyer. A lot of fake refunds are applied through customers, Amazon agents don’t even check if the reason is genuine or not and they provide customer with full refunds. If sellers do such a loss by selling through Amazon, sellers will stop selling on Amazon in future. Its is high time Amazon should mend its policies and be fair to Sellers as well. If Amazon does not have any seller to sell products what will the buyer buy.

We have got 5 fake refund in last 1 month, all the product are entirely different product from different brand than what we have shipped to customer,.
Amazon must introduce some check point or method to ensure the product customer returning is the same product which they have bought.

Very true, return policy must be change, buyer return the fake product in same packaging and kept the original one. Amazon refund the all amount to the buyer. when we claim through safe t claim, amazon says u are claiming the fake claims.

This is serious topic for seller on amazon.Amazon change safety claim policy and now we have to send video as proof for claim .If amazon create same policy with customer then fake customer return will stop mostly .
Amazon must have to do this and tell buyers to send proof of parcel receiving and parcel what he sending the return to delivery boy

Amazon provide full return to customer and product is also kept by the buyer. After 50 days i didn’t received amount from Amazon.
Amazon will take strict action against this.

Majorly customer returns in the Cash on delivery & product received in non sellable condition. Amazon shoud take some action on these buyers who doing this.
