Proof Of Address Documents not being accepted by Amazon

Hello
I am a new seller and want sell on amazon but got some problem in verification process
Amazon have demanded documents for proof of address for point of contact person which i have provided in shape of physical bank account statement name and address mentioned as same as in seller central
But they rejected it
Then again I upload E-Statement which was generated direct from Bank’s app of another physical bank but they rejected that also and mailed me that generate statement from direct Bank’s app I again Upload E-Statement (Direct generated from app) and now its been 12 days its still in verification
Anyone can help me in this matter?

I very much doubt that a statement generated from an App will be acceptable.
I’d suggest that you contact the bank directly and ask them to send you a proper statement.

Also, you need to double check that your details match exactly.

What country are you living in and what type of bank account ?
Do you have a utility bill instead or other from the list ?
Are you ltd and if so, have you put your residential address ?

Verification of a limited company can take a while so if you’ve had no reply since your last submission it could just be being verified.

Did you submit all your documents from companies House as well?
