Suspected intellectual Property INfringement

So here we go, was waiting for the day something screws up. I have raised this with seller support who are going to raise it with another team. The issue here is I had to create a new listing for the product in the photos a Yankee Candle HOme INspiration Blueberry CHeesecake Reed diffuser but after creating the listing it has since been removed and marked as suspected intellectual property infringement … whos intellectual property yep Yankee Candle. The catalogue on here is rubbish on average I am only ever able to list about 20% of our yankee candle and woodwick inventory on here. The rest of the stuff would involve creating new listings which is a whole other issue since eans are either unrecognized or listed as other things … like a power drill for instance.

And Having proven chain of supply last year to open my account and selling on and off toys and candles throughout the year… pretty poorly I might add. All summer it was product compliance, into autumn it was the new returns policy causing some issues, having slow sales and no Christmas rush in sight (just yet) this property infringement caps it all off. I have raised the current issues with seller support. But I usually find this does’nt help much. Might make things worse.
