I am having a difficulty putting my Handmade account application through. It was sent over a week ago, I asked for an update and they replied with asking my to resubmit it because it's no longer available and there was general guidance around needing to have a professional seller account.
Ever since then it's been absolute nightmare trying to get any sort of specific advice as to what is happening with my application. Seller Support have been horrific and basically said they have nothing to do with Handmade department and couldn't provide guidance and there is no reply from service support at Handmade.
I tried re-applying but I got a message to say there is already application submitted and I already had professional seller account set up. So not sure what else I can do. Anyone had experience with Handmade account?
Also, I had other questions in terms of FBA and production partners but this was just ignored each time I queried it, Im assuming because the regular sellers support doesn't know the answer.
Please can someone help out with advice how to get the Handmade account sorted and started.
